Introduction to United health and Wellness

Course description

This course is designed to create an awareness of how the psychological process is related to health and how the physical, mental, and emotional state of the practitioner interacts to influence the outcome of patient treatment.

In this course, we will look at the health of the whole human being physiologically, psychologically, and emotionally. We will go in depth into the roles each of these components play, and its effect on the outcome of our health and well-being. We will take a look at the genetic influence from the level of our DNA to the overall influence of our environment. We will then look at how the interaction of our own being can influence the outcome for our patients.

The power of healing takes place in the changing chemical levels of the body. The thoughts we think impact those chemicals as does the outside tactile stimulation, based on the perception of the recipient. This is where we as health care providers can direct the healing process by having clear recognition of the most effective approach for each individual client. Self-awareness is key. To be aware of the client’s needs we have to be aware of our own needs. Self-actualization is the training ground for the healing of others.

We will take time to explore brain frequencies and their relationship to healing. We will discuss both what levels are important to healing and what levels are a detriment to health. There will be exercises for the development of brain frequency control and how to use that level to assist in the application of techniques in working with our clients.
